We pursue Jesus’ discipling model...
• Each man who answers Jesus’ call to follow Him will become His disciple
• Each disciple needs to mature, becoming more like Jesus and discovering his unique identity and purpose in Jesus for God’s service and glory
• Ultimately, each disciple becomes a disciple maker, obeying Jesus’ command, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations ...” (Matthew 28:19)
We believe that each man matures as a disciple of Jesus through...
• An ever-deepening, personal relationship with Jesus
• Life-on-life discipling relationships with other disciples who model Jesus and follow His command to ”[teach] them to obey everything I have command you.” (Matthew 28:20)

• Has a deep, personal relationship with Jesus
• Seeks Jesus in every moment, hears what He is saying, and acts in response
• Lives intentionally and impactfully for Jesus in all areas of his life
• Is available to reach out to, come alongside, and lead more men to become and mature as disciples of Jesus

“Paul” – a mentor who sharpens him
“Barnabas” – a wingman who encourages and supports him
“Timothy” – a mentee whom he can sharpen
Each man needs to function in all three of these roles as God leads – sometimes a mentee, sometimes a wingman, sometimes a mentor.
