Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringing Campaign

The Salvation Army Red Kettle Christmas bell ringing campaign serves the communities of Milpitas, Alviso and Berressa. We need volunteers to help ring bells one or more hours at a time. Life groups, families, High School and chaperoned Jr. High students and individuals are welcome to participate. Sign up after each service in the lobby starting Sunday, November 4 through December 24. If you are unable to sign up on Sundays, contact Ken Bocchini to volunteer.

Children's Ministry Volunteer Opportunities

Children's Sunday School

If you feel the Lord calling to work in Children's Ministry, we'd love to talk to you! We have spots available Sunday Mornings and Wednesday evenings starting in September! No experience necessary, just a heart for God and kids!  We will train you! Contact Renee Dunn or Laura Wilkes for more information!

Kids Club

Kids Club is an afterschool program where we can share the love of Christ in the public schools. Volunteers are needed to help on Tuesday afternoons at Rose Elementary from 1:30 pm - 4 pm or at Randall Elementary on Friday afternoon from 2 pm - 4:30 pm. If you are not able to help on those days, we also need volunteers to help offsite. To volunteer, sign up below and select Kids Club from the menu. Questions? Contact Ligi Samuel.

Technical Team

Our technical team strives to serve CCCM by caring for the technical needs of our worship services and special events. Individuals who serve rotate in teams that care for the lighting, video, audio and graphics. Please fill out the form below and select Tech Support. Training is provided and we are looking forward to having be part of our team!  

Mission Trips

CCCM supports missionaries around the world.  Occasionally there are opportunities for us to partner with our missionaries and work along side them in ministry.

Reception Coordinator

We are looking for volunteers to help with weddings and memorials. The reception
coordinator is responsible for interacting with the wedding party or family in regards to set-up, catering, music, clean-up, etc. If you are interested in serving, please contact Sue McKinney or fill out the form below.

Serve together at Christ Community!

There are many areas for you to use your talents and gifts right here at Christ Community Church! The Welcome team needs Ushers, Greeters, Parking lot Greeters and Welcome Booth help on Sunday mornings at both the 9 am and 10:45 am service times.  

You may serve on a rotational weekly or monthly basis. It's up to you! Training is provided and we want to encourage you to joyfully serve together and help those visiting or returning guests to experience a meaningful worship service.
