The person we seek will oversee the High School ministry directly with supervision of nursery, elementary and Jr. High ministries supported by a dedicated staff of 6 adults, an additional 2 youth interns and 50+ volunteers.
Jr. High Director
This position is directly responsible for leading the Jr. High School Ministry at Christ Community Church of Milpitas, CA (CCCM). They will partner with families, adult and student leaders to encourage Jr high students to grow in their faith in Christ. This person will report to and work closely with the Family Pastor. This is a great developmental position for someone wanting to learn and grow in ministry leadership.
The Executive Assistant will provide daily support to the Senior and Executive Pastors. Responsibilities include managing daily schedules, ensuring calendars are updated and accurate, making conference registrations, travel arrangements, flights, and hotels. The assistant will provide routine typing, filing, and documentation work which may including pastor letters, emails and maintaining/updating personnel files. This position will also provide administrative and project support for Milpitas Cares, congregational/staff events and stewardship campaigns. Part-time, 20 hours per week position.

Part-time Childcare Openings
We have openings for hourly paid childcare providers on Wednesday mornings (8:45 am – 11:45 am) and Wednesday evenings (6:15 pm – 8:15 pm ). CPR Certified preferred. Early Childhood student or ECE units and experience preferred but not required. Must be fingerprinted. For more information, contact Arlyn Divinagarcia.
