We believe that by meeting the needs of our community we serve and obey our Lord Jesus Christ. Our vision is to build relationships of love that will lead to opportunities to share the Gospel.
Children’s Ministries
Kids Club:
An after school program designed to teach positive biblical values and life skills to children in public schools. Kids Club provides a proven way for churches to begin reaches kids and their families with the Gospel of Christ.
Today's Youth Matters (TYM):
A camping and counseling ministry in Milpitas targeting at-risk kids. TYM runs summer camps and winter events and provides counseling aimed at directing the kids toward Christ, helping them to stay away from drugs and gangs. Our church provides regular support and we also host the children at our church.

Adoption/Infertility & Foster Parenting:
Information and direction for couples dealing with issues around adoption, infertility and foster parenting.
Help One Child: Recruits, trains, and supports Christians in doing foster care of abused and neglected children.
Visitation & Caring
Divorce Recovery:
Designed to meet the unique needs of those who are divorced or are in the process
Health Ministry of CCCM:
Serving CCCM and the community. Health professionals provide health assessment and education.
Convalescent Ministries:
An outreach ministry of volunteers who visit the elderly, some mentally disabled or in the Alzheimer's unit. During visitation, volunteers read the Bible and pray with them. There is always a need for more volunteers to come and share Christ's love with them.
Angel Tree
This event takes place annually at Christmastime. We represent parents who are incarcerated by providing gifts and encouragement to their children. A Christmas party is hosted by our church and children are matched to individuals and families from our congregation for gift giving.
CIC Ministries Our church gives financial support to sustain the prison chaplains and provide Bibles. We also have volunteers who visit or provide bible studies for prisoners.

City Team Rescue Mission:
Offers short-term emergency shelter, social services, and other resources for the homeless.
Milpitas Food Pantry:
Provides emergency food for people in need.
Salvation Army:
Services for a range of emergency provisions.
San Jose Family Shelter:
Offers temporary services for families with children.
Women’s Ministries
Community Pregnancy Centers:
Offers pregnancy testing, education on alternatives to abortion, counseling, and other help.
Heritage Home:
A home for women in crisis.
Green Pastures:
The primary goal of Green Pastures is to provide a small, family-like environment for disabled children where they are loved and challenged to develop their full God-given potential physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.
Welcome Home Daughters:
A home for women in crisis.
Education Ministries
ESL (English as a Second Language):
CCCM offers beginning, intermediate, and advanced ESL classes and language tutoring.
Money Management:
Learning to apply biblical principles for managing your money and good stewardship.
Young Life:
Volunteer leaders use friendship evangelism to bring Jesus Christ to local teens.
Community Involvement
Rebuilding Together:
Rehabilitates houses of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and disabled.
Community Volunteer Day:
Working with other churches and the city of Milpitas or San Jose on one day projects.
The Health Trust AIDS Services Food Basket: The only HIV Food program in Santa Clara country is seeking volunteers to meet and assemble food baskets on the 3rd Friday of each month from 5:45- 7:00 PM. Substitute Drivers are also needed to deliver food on the 3rd Saturday from 8:30 to 11:00 AM. Donations are also accepted.
