John Bristol is an engaging communicator who inspires and challenges His congregation to follow Christ and to grow in love for God and for people. His teaching ministry is focused on bringing the unchanging message of the Bible to the issues we all face today. For Pastor Bristol the Bible is the Word of God and is to be trusted completely and obeyed conscientiously. The good news of God’s love for us in Christ is for young and old and everyone in-between. Pastor John invites you to join our Christ Community Church family as we worship and serve the Lord together.

Jim Tirone

Jim is a man of strong intellect whom has long studied the Bible and what it has to offer. He consistently presents new aspects to verses we have heard many times before. Jim’s seemingly incessant quest to broaden his knowledge and wisdom have allowed him to help guide many in need through counseling and leadership, making Jim another key member of our church community.

Dave’s many years of experience in the business world has allowed him to better organize our church, give it vision for the future, and provide hope for what is to come. It is clear when his ideas are presented that a large amount of prayer and consideration went into the idea beforehand, and that is why he is so integral to this church’s functionality.

Christy and Scot Boyd

Young Adult Ministry Leaders

Christy has been involved extensively with the youth ministry over the past several years. Now, she's excited to step into a leadership role with CCCM young adults. Scot is also a CCCM-lifer. Scot grew up at the church, where he met his wife (Christy), and continues to serve here in all sorts of capacities.

Kim Clevenger

Youth Pastor

Kim has a long standing reputation for bringing up Godly, mature, and well balanced youth in the church. Though living an hour a way she commits herself to coming to the church regularly and often, so that she may serve her students in the best way she knows how, and that is to be there for them when they need her. Kim and her team are such a blessing to our church, which invests so much into its youth.

Sue McKinney

Finance/IT Manager

1999-Present

 Sue is in charge of making sure that the ministry leaders of the church have all the tools and resources that they need in order to effectively run their ministries and serve. She is a servant to the servants of this church. She is also in charge of the mass communication mediums here at church which include this web site and the sign that resides in front of the church; both of which she holds to standards of high integrity and quality. Sue is the behind the scenes servant that keeps this church running smoothly.

Pam Paulsen

Womens Ministstry Director

Pam has been mentoring women in all their ages for about 2 years now at CCCM, and is loving every
minute. She enjoys guiding them through life’s struggles and just hanging out with them, even on Saturday afternoons. Pam has been bleesed with a God-given abiblty to connect with women and is able to distance herself, but at the same time be able to help them.She is a great role model for women of all ages, especcially for her daughters whom she adores.

Dick Onstot

International Ministries

Dick brings over 25 years of engineering and 23 years of military experience to a call to serve God as International Ministries Director. Don't try this at home - only God would allow this! Dick believes that missions can start in our own back yard and with our neighbors next door. He leads a vision for all to have a close supporting relationship with at least one of our missionaries and support children in poverty in less developed countries. He believes that God calls us to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to every nation through short term trips, missionary support, and long term missions assignments. "What the World needs now is - Jesus!" .

Paul’s gift of leadership and prayer allow the men of our church to become strong, dedicated leaders themselves. It also allows the people of our church to be blessed by the power of prayer, and allow our members to better connect with God through prayer.

Todd Dunn

God has blessed Todd with an incredible musical ability wich has exhibited even at an early age when he performed with The Continentals. With that and many following years of experience Todd is able to weekly create an atmosphere that allows people to freely worship our Lord through the medium of music.

Brenda Santa Cruz

Children’s Ministry Director

Brenda has always had a passion for kids and it shows through every aspect of her ministry. Having started out working for youth services for the city of Milpitas, Brenda has a firm understanding of what the kids in our area need as well as how to reach out to those kids in the community who do not yet know our Lord Jesus Christ. With these experiences in tow and a passion for serving God Brenda has added new depth to the Children’s Ministry
of CCCM.

Kelly Williams

Facilities Manager

Kelly maintains the many facilities here at CCCM and keeps them operating at their fullest
potential. His years of experience in the trades have made him a man of many skills and it is evident in his work. He maintains everything to the highest of standards, and creates things of the highest quality, making our church a beautiful and enjoyable place to come and learn more about God.
